Street Legal Carts

Street Legal or Low Speed Vehicles can be operated in certain municipalities. Typically they require safety features such as seat belts, head and tail lights, reflectors, mirrors, parking breaks, and turn signal lights.

H&H sells Street Legal carts by EVolution. The California Classic and Forrester models (pictured above) are considered street legal.
